By enrolling in our offerings or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Our courses include live workshops, group coaching, and one-on-one sessions designed to support personal growth and skill development.

3. Informational Products

We provide downloadable materials such as e-books, guides, and recorded webinars.

4. Goods

Briover-branded merchandise is available for purchase.

5. Fees

All fees are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes for the year 2025.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

We offer the following refund arrangements:

  • Courses: A full refund is available if you cancel at least 7 days before the course start date. If you cancel later, your payment is non-refundable but you may transfer your enrollment to another session subject to availability.
  • Informational Products: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not fully downloaded or accessed the materials. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days after approval.
  • Goods: Unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping costs. Approved credits will be issued within 21 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

7. No-Refund Offerings

Certain custom workshops or special events are non-refundable due to advance planning and resource commitments. In these cases, you may assign your spot to another individual by notifying us at least 14 days before the scheduled date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Briover is not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of our offerings.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
